hello, Wonderforest families!

Thank you for allowing me to capture pictures of your explorers! I am very excited to be part of Wonderforest's Picture Day. My goal is to make the process smooth and enjoyable for students and staff, and to capture pictures everyone will love. Here is a breakdown of what to expect from me before, during, and after Picture Day:

Contracts

Prior to your class Picture Day, I will email a photography contract to all caregivers. This contract outlines what you can expect from me and what I need from you to make Picture Day a success! It covers things like image delivery, usage rights, and privacy, so you can feel confident your child(ren)'s photos are handled with care and professionalism. This contract might sound formal, but it's really just a clear agreement to protect your family & help me provide the best experience possible.

Picture Day

On the scheduled Picture Day for your child(ren)'s class, I will arrive at the forest at the beginning of class time to capture everyone's beautiful, silly, wonder-filled faces! My style of photography is very relaxed; I won't ask your child(ren) to sit in a stiff pose for five minutes. Instead, I will capture them as they are and do my best to make it a stress-free & fun experience for all those explorers!

Photo Delivery

My official delivery window is within two weeks, but I typically work a bit faster than that! ;) Once all of your photos are edited & uploaded to a password-protected digital gallery, they will be delivered via email for review. From there, you will be able to select which photo(s) you would like to purchase. Digital purchases will be delivered via email, prints will be delivered to the teachers & distributed to explorers at class one orders are complete.

PLEASE NOTE: Every student & staff member will receive a complimentary class photo- no purchase required! I want every explorer to have a keepsake from Picture Day. :)
